The couple confirmed their relationship when she supported Boris' leadership bid in June 2019.
They later got married on May 29, 2021, at Westminster Cathedral only 1.5 miles away from their then-home in Downing Street.

"A week of Frankie.

Their first child Wilfred Lawrie Nicholas was born on April 29, 2020, and their second child, a daughter, Romy, was born on December 9, 2021.
Frank is the couple's third child and Boris' eighth in total.
