BE FRANK is fancied to make the most of the weight he receives from 16 rivals in the bet365 Handicap (3.00) on Day One of Newmarket’s July Festival on Thursday.

Henry Candy’s son of Cable Bay needs a personal best to complete a hat-trick after wins in a Salisbury maiden and a handicap at Windsor on his last two starts.

But George Rooke’s mount looks a different horse to the one who was beaten at Newbury and Leicester in two attempts as a juvenile - he was gelded during the winter - and there is more to come.

Although put in his place by Mostahdaf in the Group 1 Prince Of Wales’s Stakes at Royal Ascot last month, ADAYAR deserves his stand-out favourite’s status in the Group 2 Kingdom Of Bahrain Princess Of Wales’s Stakes (3.35).

The 2021 Derby hero crossed the line in third, four-and-a-half-lengths behind the John and Thady Gosden-saddled winner, at Ascot but even a reproduction of that effort might be enough.

On the back of a 66-1 second to Valiant Force in the Group 2 Norfolk Stakes on the Royal Heath, MALC should be hard to beat in the Group 2 Kingdom Of Bahrain July Stakes (2.25).

He found only the unbeaten Gregory too good in the Group 2 Queen’s Vase at Royal Ascot, and SAINTE GEORGE has plenty going for him in the opening Group 3 Bahrain Trophy Stakes (1.50).
