So if you have joined the air fryer gang, this is definitely one worth trying.

Not only is it quick and easy, but it will taste amazing too.

She described these doughnuts as “my new obsession” and said: “All you need is Greek yoghurt & flour…& an air fryer!”

To create Emma’s easy, indulgent‘doughnut holes’, you will need 250ml Greek yoghurt and 200g self raising flour.

To complete the doughnuts, you can add butter, caster sugar and Lotus Biscoff spread too.

Emma explained: “Mix together the yoghurt and flour until a shaggy dough forms.

“Knead on the counter for 3 mins, add flour if it’s sticky.

“Use a spoon to cut small pieces of dough, then roll into balls.

“Spray your air fryer basket with vegetable oil, then put in 12 balls.

“Fry at 200c for 12-15 mins (if the inside is doughy they are not done yet).
