The reality TV star - who split from his girlfriend Gemma Owen last year shortly after the ITV2 dating show - was seen partying the night away with his former co-stars.
Luca, 24, and the mystery woman looked cosy on the dancefloor as they joined Ekin-Su Culculoglu.
The Turkish actress filmed herself enjoying the music at her beau Davide Sanclimenti's birthday party last night.
However, as she panned the camera round, Luca was seen dancing next to a blonde woman as well as Ekin-Su, 28.

The pair looked to be laughing and joking on the dance floor, as he wrapped his arms around her shoulder in the clip.
It comes just weeks after Luca and his former girlfriend Gemma, 19, revealed they were going their separate ways.
