High street fashion store River Island is selling a pair of heeled slingback shoes in beige - and they look exactly like heels from luxury brand Chanel that sell for a whopping £870.

The £33 designer dupes are part of the retailer's latest summer range and will save shoppers a hefty £837 off the designer version's price.

River Island's Beige Heeled Slingback Shoes previously sent shoppers into a frenzy in May, causing them to sell out. They come in an incredibly similar style and colourway to the Chanel heels, with beige faux leather uppers, a black toe cap detail and a low block heel.

We predict they'll get snapped up fast by fashion fans looking to get the luxury look without the generous price tag.

Forking out over £800 for a pair of shoes isn't possible for many, so, we were pleased to find the perfect affordable dupe of Chanel's slingback heels at River Island.

While the £33 River Island iteration doesn't feature the iconic Chanel logo, the two shoes are strikingly similar, meaning you can make your outfits look more high-end, without spending a fortune. The cheaper pair also comes in two different colours - including beige and white - and features faux pearl embellishment.

This isn't the first time River Island has sent shoppers wild over expensive-looking dupes.

With their square open-toe design, woven fabric details and chain link embellishment, there's no doubt River Island's Beige Woven Mules looked extremely similar to Bottega Veneta's versions.
