Sometimes, it may feel as though nothing can go right, no matter what you do, almost as though you're living through a 'cursed' month. Unfortunately, according to an astrologer, those born under one star sign, in particular, should prepare themselves for a bit of a bumpy month this August.
As we near the end of the summer, many of us will be hoping for a bit more fun and relaxation before the cooler Autumn months begin, and, ideally, some more sunshine. Those who pay close attention to their horoscopes however will of course know that such hopes can sometimes be out of our hands.
Speaking with Best Life, professional astrologer Lauren Ash revealed that those with birthdays that fall under the Taurus star sign (April 20 to May 20) may be in for an unlucky and "overwhelming" time this August, cautioning that they may find it harder to focus.
Ash explained: "You're the responsible, warm-hearted, and determined type, Taurus. As an earth sign, you're more interested in building things that last and reflect your values. During your season, it's easier to block out the noise around you and get things done. However, you tend to find it hard to focus once the summer turns hot and Leo season comes around."
She went on to add: "The fast and loose energy that August brings can be a bit overwhelming for your laid-back approach to life. It's easy for you to feel rushed or overloaded during this time, causing you to retreat until calmer energy returns. Recognising your stubborn side and trying to work through it may be helpful during this month."

According to the website Zodiacsign, Tauruses are known for being practical, reliable, and highly responsible individuals, and once they make a choice, they will endeavor to commit to it.
As dedicated as they are, however, Tauruses may flounder a little when it comes to sudden changes or complications arising, and their stubborn and uncompromising streak may well cause them a few problems along the way.
Thankfully, Tauruses may be in for an easier ride come September, when passionate, adventurous Aries individuals (March 21 to April 19) will apparently struggle with their grand, exciting plans grinding to an uninspired halt.
