The One Direction star was pictured cuddling his belle as they holidayed on a yacht in the South of France.
Looking totally comfortable with one another, the couple were spotted having drinks and sunbathing onboard the luxury boat.
At one point Liam, 29, and 24-year-old American social media influencer Kate were spotted sharing a kiss in a romantic moment.
Liam wore a light blue polo top with a white colour for the outing, which he matched with a pair of cream trousers and white trainers with black laces.

Meanwhile, Kate was a vision on a white floaty dress with a floral pattern on, which she accessorised with a white bag and a pair of trainers of the same colour.
The latest sighting of the couple comes after it was revealed they had rekindled their romance in June after splitting for a month.

Liam also seemed to be getting his life back on track after revealing he spent 100 days in a rehab facility after hitting “rock bottom”.
He admitted he struggled with navigating life after One Direction and decided it was time to seek help when he began to lash out at everyone around him.

Revealing what led him to that point, Liam – who shares son six-year-old Bear with ex Cheryl – shared: “There is a point when you hit rock bottom and you realise you have got to do something different as whatever you are doing right now isn’t working for you. I was in bad shape up until that point.
“Honestly, more than anything I want to say thank you to Bear and his mum for giving me a little bit of freedom to go and get well. There is no point trying to be a dad when you have nothing to teach.
“I feel like I have a grip on life now. After I got back out, that process had worked for me, but there were still some little bits left that I kind of had to deal with myself.”
Girls Aloud singer Cheryl, who recently turned 40, announced the end of her romance with Liam just weeks after son Bear turned one in 2018.
However, they have remained close friends as they co-parent their son. Although Cheryl has not publicly dated anyone since their split.
