As while it's been 30 years since young James was kidnapped, tortured, and sexually abused by Robert Thompson and Jon Venables, "sick" AI-generated videos of him are circulating on TikTok.

In the clips, the two-year-old retells of his horror death from his own words.

Denise told the Mirror: “It is bringing a dead child back to life. It is beyond sick."

The heartbroken mum is now pleading with TikTok to take the videos down.

In the clip, an AI-generated two-year-old says: “Hello, my name is James Bulger.”

On top of telling the horror details of his death, some of the clips are set near railway tracks - which is where James' body was found.

Denise said what upset her the most was one video which was very similar to a photo she had of James as a boy, with his lips moving.

The 55-year-old said: "It is one thing to tell the story, I have not got a problem with that. Everyone knows the story of James anyway.

"But to actually put a dead child’s face, speaking about what happened to him, is absolutely disgusting."

The mum dubbed the people who made the clips "disturbed", saying what they're doing isn't fair on parents who are grieving the loss of their children.

Her husband Stewart even tracked down one of the people who made one of the clips and asked that he pull the video down.

The producer replied:  “We do not intend to offend anyone. We only do these videos to make sure incidents will never happen again to anyone.

"Please continue to support and share my page to spread awareness.”

It's not just James who has been featuring in these clips - there are AI-generated versions of Madeleine McCann, Baby P and Rhys Jones.

TikTok said it had taken down a number of videos, adding: "We want TikTok to be a welcoming place for everyone, and there is no place for disturbing content of this nature.

"We continue to remove content of this nature as we find it."
