The teen collapsed during basketball practice at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles on Monday.
He was taken to a nearby hospital and rushed straight into an intensive care unit before recovering at home.
NBA legend LeBron was seen arriving at restaurant Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica with Savannah and little Zuri earlier on Friday evening.
It wasn't immediately clear whether Bronny would join the family outing, or whether he was still recovering at home.
But the teen appeared in good spirits as he stepped out later in the night, seemingly unfazed by the attention around him.
The star basketballer was released from Cedars-Sinai Hospital on Thursday afternoon following successful treatment.
Medics have since said they feel hopeful about his recovery.
Dr. Merije Chukumerije said in a statement obtained by The Athletics' Shams Charania: "Mr. James was cared for promptly by highly-trained staff and has been discharged home, where he is resting.
"Although his workup will be ongoing, we are hopeful for his continued progress and are encouraged by his response, resilience, and his family and community support."
Dad LeBron also thanked well-wishers for their support this week, insisting "everyone is doing great."
"We feel you and I’m so grateful," he posted on Twitter.
"We have our family together, safe and healthy, and we feel your love.
"Will have more to say when we’re ready but I wanted to tell everyone how much your support has meant to all of us!"
Bronny, who is yet to speak publicly about this week's battle, is widely expected to end up in the NBA, and was tipped to be in the Draft next year.
LeBron has spoken about wanting to play alongside his son in the future.
They would be the first father-and-son duo to play together in the NBA.
