The Hollyoaks actress, 35, recently revealed she is expecting a baby girl.
Chelsee, who made her big pregnancy announcement in July, donned baby pink denim as she paired her skirt with a matching jacket.
She wore it slung over her shoulders to draw attention to her growing tum.
Chelsee - who hasn't shied away from daring see-through maternity fashion - finished off her look with neon pink ankle boots.

They styled her brunette locks into a waved style and posed with her hand perched on her head as she faced the camera front-on.
Chelsee then pulled on a pair of white rimmed sunglasses before flashing a pout to the camera lens.
In her caption the actress - who is parent to daughter Coco, aged five - wrote: "Girl Mum.
"And I Will Raise Them To Be Kind Always."

Chelsee recently showcased her glam gender reveal on Instagram.
The soap star had a plane fly over her home with pink smoke coming out of it.
Chelsee also showered the party with pink confetti out of a party popper at the same time.

During her second pregnancy reveal, the glam mum took to social media to write: "Baby Number 2. I am Not Sure me Or the world Is Ready For Another Coco! But WE are more than Ready.
“For as Long as Coco could talk she has asked for a Baby sister or Brother.
"Feel beyond blessed to be giving her her wish and being a mummy of 2 and I can’t wait to have another baba to Love unconditionally.
“We cannot wait to meet you Our Baby Love.”
The actress has raised first child Coco as a single mum after she split from Coco's dad Jack Malloy.
Chelsee and Coco's father parted ways for good not long after she gave birth to her little girl in July 2017, following an on/off relationship.
She is keeping the identity of her new baby-daddy private.
