Adam has previously been nominated for for three Grammy Awards, five Primetime Emmy Awards, a Golden Globe Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award.

Talented singer and musician
Many might not know this but in addition to acting Adam is a talented singer, songwriter, and guitarist. The famous star has never shied away from the spotlight showing off his amazing musical talent releasing five albums and two exclusive singles.
In 1993, Warner Brothers signed Adam to a recording contract and he released his debut album titled They're All Gonna Laugh at You! The album sold over two million copies featuring the fan favourite song, The Thanksgiving Song. The hit album went on to win a platinum certification and a nomination for Best Comedy Album at the 37th Annual Grammy Awards.

Generous philanthropist
With an astounding net-worth of an estimated 440 million, Adam has also been generous with his success, donating a huge amount of money to a number of charities.
Adam has supported a number of causes and organisations including the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and the Autism Speaks organisation. In his hometown of Brooklyn, New York Adam donated one million dollars to the Boys and Girls Club dedicated to helping provide a safe place for youth and giving children and teens access to mentorships and development programs. Adam also sent 6.6 million dollars to the organisation to help expand their buildings and update their equipment.
Adam also created the Sandler Foundation whose mission statement reads: "We invest in strategic organisations and exceptional leaders that seek to improve the rights, opportunities and well-being of others, especially the most vulnerable and disadvantaged."
Loving husband and father of two
While Adam takes his professional success seriously, he also makes sure to make time for his family including being a loving father to his two daughters and a caring husband to his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Sandler, whom he's been married to for an astounding 20 years.
Adam and Jackie's romance first began when they met on set of the movie Big Daddy in 1999. In the popular comedy, Jackie played the role of a waitress at the sports bar and Adam starred as the main protagonist Sonny Koufax.
Sparks flew for the pair on set and Jackie converted to Judaism soon after the pair starting dating. After four happy years, the lovebirds tied the knot in 2003 in Malibu during star-studded ceremony attended by famous faces including Sharon Osbourne and Jennifer Aniston. In 2006, the pair welcomed their daughter Sadie and two years later, the had their second daughter Sunny.
And the happy family of four all starred in a movie together just last month. Adam, Jackie, Sadie, and Sunny were all featured in the Netflix film You Are So Not Invited To My Bat Mitzvah - a film about who best friends who always dreamed of having a grand Bat Mitzvah.
Avid sports lover
Adam is also an avid sports fan and has participated in various celebrity sporting events. He is reported to be a passionate supporter of the Boston Celtics, a basketball team in the NBA. Over the years, Adam Sandler has made numerous public outings showcasing his support for the Celtics. One notable appearance was during the 2008 NBA Finals when he was spotted sitting court side cheering on the team as they played for the championship.
Adam on screen has also played a number of athletes and professionals in the sports industry including a hockey player and golf player in Happy Gilmore," a basketball player in "Uncut Gems," a former football player in The Longest Yard, and an NBA scout in the movie Hustle.
