Amanda Owen insists there's 'no stress' as she opens up about 'separation'"When we first initially came out, of course we had the therapy session and the conversations. But I couldn't get past the pain and this affected me on pretty much the last day that I was there.

"So when we were you know going through the transportation of site to hotel, it was it was painful, really painful.
"I really desperately wanted to shower. But at the same time the water touching your feet is so painful that I just left it for about 24 hours. I couldn't do it."
Trench foot happens when feet are wet for long periods of time.
The condition, which varies in severity, can be painful but often clears up in one to three days.
However, if ignored it can take up to six months to get rid of symptoms such as itching, painful skin, blisters and feelings of numbness and heaviness.
Trench foot is usually associated with World War I soldiers, who suffered with it when they were fighting in the trenches.
As many as 20k caught the condition as they endured the exposure to water at the bottom of the dug out trenches.
