LINE of Duty creator Jed Mercurio is unleashing a brand new crime drama centered around money laundering.
ITV's Payback is set to have viewers on the edge of their seat and brings with it an incredible cast.
Who is in the cast of Payback?
Morven Christie as Lexie Noble
Payback follows Lexie Noble, played by Morven Christie, who gets caught up in a police operation around money laundering.
Speaking about the character, she told ITV: "She's quite hardened.
"She's found herself in this life that on one level she's built for herself but on another she's kind of an alien in it.

"In this family that she's built with Jared she has this idealistic, beautiful, loving home life, but outside of that she's really quite closed-off to the world. "
Actress Morven is best known for The Bay, The A Word, and Ordeal by Innocence.
Derek Riddell as DCI Adam Guthrie
Esteemed actor Derek Riddell plays the detective in charge of cracking the money laundering case.
Speaking to ITV about what attracted him to the role, he said: "First of all, I knew that Morven Christie and Peter Mullan were attached to it.
"I only got to read the very first script but I thought it was an interesting premise - about this woman being trapped between these two worlds of good and bad."
Away from Payback, and actor Derek is best known for Happy Valley, and Gentlemen Jack.
Prasanna Puwanarajah as DC Jibran Khan
Actor Prasanna Puwanarajah takes on the role of DC Jibran Khan who is brought into the case as a financial investigator.
Speaking to ITV he said: "The thing that really interested me about Jibran in the scripts was the feeling of someone who's quite alone at work.
"There was a sense that I think a lot of people have in their working lives, that they're in this little rut and they have their friends at work but they don't really connect with them as they would with people who really understand them."
Actor Prasanna is known for Doctor Foster, and Critical.

Cal Morris as Peter Mullan
The character Peter Mullan is the criminal the detectives are hoping to bring down.
The crime lord is played by actor Cal Morris, who fans will recognise from The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.
The star has also appeared in The Underground Railroad, and Netflix's Ozark.

What is the plot of Payback?
With an idyllic family lifestyle in the suburbs of Edinburgh, Lexie Noble is unaware her husband, Jared, has been laundering crime lord Cal Morris’ illegal earnings on a vast scale.
Jared’s every move is being monitored by financial investigators DC Jibran Khan and DCI Adam Guthrie, who are determined to use the Noble family to bring Morris to justice.
A partner in Jared’s business, Lexie is forced into working for Cal, at the same time as the police net inexorably tightens.
Soon she finds herself walking a treacherous tightrope between Cal and the police in which her safety, and even her life, are in grave danger.
Where was Payback filmed?
ITV's Paycback is set in Edinburgh, but was actually filmed in another part of Scotland.
Filming kicked off in September 2022, with cast and crew spotted in Glasgow.
The Glasgow Times reported that Morven Christie was spotted shooting in the city's Aytoun Road in Pollokshields.
How can I watch Payback?
Payback kicks off on October 4, 2023, on ITV at 9pm.
There are six episodes in total which air weekly on Wednesday nights at the same time.
The series will also be available on ITVX and BritBox.
