A studio flat is up for rent for a whopping £1,300 a month... despite there being no room for a real bed.
The pokey pad is on the fourth floor of a converted former warehouse in Farringdon, in central London, and comes with a combined lounge and kitchen area.
It also boasts a separate bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet.
But due to the unusual triangular shape of the bedsit, there isn’t enough space for a conventional rectangular bed.
Instead, a bed has been purpose-made in one of the pointed corners of the room, above some cupboards.

The studio is being let by OpenRent, whose property listing makes no reference to the unusual sleeping arrangements.

It reads: “Very light studio flat in a super convenient location.
“Top floor of this very popular warehouse conversion.
“Please note this flat is a walk up four floors.
“The building is adjacent to Farringdon station, therefore the railway runs directly behind the building

“Electric heating, washer dryer, compact kitchen, double glazed, wood floor, new bathroom
“Available immediately. Property is offered furnished.
“Viewing highly recommended.”

As well as the rent, prospective tenants need to put down a £1,500 deposit.
Unsurprisingly, the small studio is only suitable for one person and no pets are allowed.

Back in September, a flat in Knightsbridge, Kensington was also up for rent at £1,300 a month.

The tiny eight square metre room opposite Harrods appeared to have a mattress that had seen better days and a small tap hidden at the foot of the bed.
The "open plan" kitchen consists of a sink, a tiny hob and a microwave tucked in one corner, in less space than a UK parking space, which is on average 11.5 square metres.
