Julia Fox has stepped up her quirky fashion game by wearing her dry cleaning hanging from her neck.
The ex-girlfriend of Kanye West headed out in London on Tuesday wearing the baffling outfit. She wore a pair of white cotton boxer shorts with a white shirt which was on a hanger inside a dry cleaning bag. The bag hung from her neck on a necklace while she went topless showing her bare back and side boob.
Julia, 33, teamed the bizarre outfit with a pair of white pointy stiletto knee high boots and a white shoulder bag as she posed for photographs in the look from Figura Services. She wore her copper-toned hair in loose volumised waves adding a glamorous makeup look complete with an on-trend burgundy lip.

She wrote plenty of jarring stories in her new memoir, Down The Drain, including a behind the scenes look at her relationship with Kanye. While the relationship was only six weeks long, Kanye allegedly got up to plenty of mischief around Julia. In fact, she said he would pee in front of her in public.
Julia also said Kanye offered to pay for her to have a boob job which she turned down. Ultimately, Julia was tired of 'posing like a puppet' for the cameras and refused to sign an NDA, so the relationship came to a close. The celebrity memoir also detailed more shocking information about Julia. Apparently, she was a professional dominatrix at one point in her life.

She explained: "A lot of them have a whole arsenal of interests and kinks, and their partners, the closest people to them, will have no idea, and they'll come see someone like me... it's a little fascinating and a little scary."
The host asked if Julia had heard from her ex-boyfriend Kanye after opening up about their sex life. "No," was her simple reply. In her memoir, Julia claims she never had sex with the rapper during their romance.
