Wilko is cutting the price of its pick and mix sweets for the February half term holidays - but you'll have to get in quick.

The usual price of the popular product will set you back £2 for a regular pot, £3 for a medium and £4 for a large.

However, for 10 days this February, you can get these sweet pots for 50% off.

This means the regular pot will cost just £1, the medium just £1.50 and the large for £2.

The offer will be running from today, Friday, February 10, up until Monday, February 20.

The offer has been introduced just in time for the February half term which is great news for parents wanting to give their kids a treat during the holiday.

To claim the discount, you simply pick a cup in the size you want, fill it up with various sweets using the scoop, pop a lid on it and head to the checkout where the offer will be applied automatically.

Wilko's pick-and-mix selection typically features a variety of retro sweets including cola bottles, chocolate jazzies and jelly snakes.

The pick-and-mix stations can only be found in Wilko stores, so you won't be able to redeem the offer online.

There are currently over 400 Wilko stores in the UK and the half-price deal applies to all stores that sell pick and mix.

To find out your closest branch, you can use the retailer's handy store locator here.

The pick-and-mix offer is always popular with regular shoppers with both adults and children getting excited about the discount.

However, the household and garden retailer usually only brings it back for when schools break up, last year it reintroduced it for the February half term, the Easter holidays and the Queen's Jubilee in June.

When the offer was last year, Twitter user @15jjc shared an image of their stash and said: "Mmmmmm Wilko's pick & mix and for half price too... am 50 and I still love my sweets"

Another said: "I got over excited by the half-price pick and mix in Wilko and now I can't move because I ate too many sweets."

The offer has also been a Money Saving Expert (MSE) favourite with the website, founded by Martin Lewis, sharing the promotion every time its on.
