Her celeb partner, actor and model Bobby did his best to put a smile on the red-head's face by introducing her to his practises of meditation.

The EastEnders star told the camera he wanted to help Dianne fine "peace" after a difficult week.

Bobby is a big believer in meditation and has often told of how it has helped him to remain calm and level-headed.

During the VT before their dance, the pair participated in a joint meditation session in order to relax before their intense training session.

Bobby said: "As the competition kind of heats up, meditation helps me to find peace so that I can dance my best and be my best."

Dianne then added: "Being in the right frame of mind for any dance is crucial but especially the Viennese Waltz."

They appeared to be relaxed with each other as they used the meditation to get them in the best "head space" for the week ahead.

Bobby and Dianne had previously admitted they had found the previous week very tough and so finding "peace" was beneficial for them to convey a natural performance.

The pair put on an impressive display and won over positive comments for their performance with judge Motsi Mabuse insisting the pair portrayed the "romance" of the dance to perfection.

Last week, after dancing the Tango, the pair remarked on how "tough" the week had been for them both.

Bobby said: "Just emotional. It's been so so emotional all week."

Dianne then added tearfully: "He has just been a massive rock this week, so thank you."
