Many people love to dress up to become someone else, but Halloween particularly seems to give people 'permission' to go all out. While some feel the scarier the better, others take the opportunity to dress as 'sexy' as possible.
Last year one woman found the perfect Halloween costume, and decided it would be hilarious to get her dad to rate the look. Saoirse Bodge Flynn's dad was said to have been left "traumatised" by the ordeal. Donning a bright red skin-tight devil costume, Saoirse shared a video clip to the platform TikTok, capturing her poor dad's reaction.
Saoirse's jaw-dropping outfit featured a hip-high split wrap skirt and PVC bodysuit, complete with plunging neckline. She also wore thigh-high booths and a pair of devil horns.

But her dad 'didn't approve' (TikTok/@saoirsebodgeflynn)While she loved it, her dad didn't seem as pleased as she titled the video: "Safe to say he doesn't approve." While the TikToker thought the ordeal was simply a funny joke on the family member, others have claimed that they would be "embarrassed" to wear similar outfits in front of their parents. In the clip, which has surpassed 1.9 million views since posting, the Irish woman asked her dad what he thought of it outfit. "I'm not even going to comment on it," he replied. The dad, who appeared to be in shock, can be seen walking away from her as she said: "Do you not like it?"
He said: "When I see it on you again, I'll say fine." Viewers seemed to agree with him as they claimed he was "traumatised" and claimed she should be "embarrassed". One user said: "That's not on he's traumatised you can see the shock on his face." Another added: "I couldn't even show that to my dad." A third commented: "I'd be so embarrassed lol eek," while a fourth wrote: "My dad would've put me In a Halloween grave. I wouldn't even have been game enough to do it as a joke."

One eagle-eyed viewer even noticed the poor bloke took his glasses off "so he couldn't have to see". But others took to the comments to stick up for her as they say she should wear whatever she wants for Halloween. "Omg, these comments are terrible. She should be able to wear whatever she wants. Go girl, you are stunning in that costume," one woman wrote. Another said: "The costume isn't even that bad."
