PADDY McGuiness has been spotted looking unrecognisable after claiming he's "had a bit of work done".
The Top Gear star said he had "headed to Turkey over Christmas" to have his face changed in dramatic surgery.
Paddy, 49, addressed plastic surgery rumours in a new video, as he appeared fresh faced from his car.
The former Take Me Out looked to have had his face totally changed - but not all was as it seemed.

He told his fans: "I've come on here today to address the absolutely scurrilous and unfounded rumours that I've had a bit of work done over Christmas.
"Now, yes - I have been to Turkey for a long weekend but absolutely no truth in that I've had a bit of work done.
"This is just a tan and I've had a couple of cans of that prime.
"There's a lot of fake accounts going round of mine but unless it's this guy, it's not the real deal."
Paddy could be seen trying to hold back his laughter from behind an Instagram face filter, which made him appear much younger and with a smoother complexion.
"Ignore the fake accounts. Unless it’s this guy, it’s not real," he jokingly added in the comments.
The star had his fans and friends in stitches who flooded the comments section with laughing emojis.
Among them was Ugo Monye and Jeremy Lynch - who both simply replied with the emojis.
"You could see you struggling to keep a straight face!" one fan said, as another added: "You almost had there."
"Took me a second to realise that's a filter," a third penned.

It comes after Paddy reunited for a New Year's Day family outing with ex wife Christine following their split.
The former couple visited Redsmere Lake, Macclesfield, to feed the ducks with their three kids.
The parents had pictures taken beside the picturesque lake and Paddy even indulged with some ice cream.
Christine and Top Gear presenter Paddy announced they were separating after 11 years of marriage early last year.
At the time, a joint statement on their Instagram pages said: “A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus as always is to continue loving and supporting our children.”
They are still living together in their family home in Manchester with their three kids.
