I'M A CELEB fans have spotted a new feud between two of the show's current campmates.

On last night's edition of the long-running ITV endurance show, trouble brewed in camp.

Now that the public are voting to save their favourite star in I'm A Celebrity, it is up to the campmates to decide amongst themselves who will compete in the daily Bushtucker trials.

Sam Thompson read out a notice which said the celebrities had to stand up one by one and explain why they wanted to do the trial and then camp would make the decision as a group.

However, First Dates star Fred Sirieix shot straight up and was completely insistent that he was to partake in Celebrity Distressing Room.

"I will go. I haven't done one yet, so I'm going", he declared.

His co-stars tried to intervene as championship boxer Tony Bellew urged him to "calm down" and follow the process set by jungle bosses.

The trained chef was not having any of it as he declared: "I'm going to go. I want to go because I want to go and do my best to bring back the stars, to bring dinner back home.

"Okay? So that's the decision."

Tony tried to instil democracy as he urged others to stand up, despite protestations from the Channel 4 personality.

Fred exclaimed: "Yeah, but if everybody agrees that I'm going, then we are done."

As the stars such as Danielle Harold and Nella Rose ruled themselves out, it was then Marvin Humes' turn to declare his intentions.

He said: "Listen as always, I echo what everyone said, happy to do it, more than happy to do it, will do my best always."

Josie Gibson noted that Marvin and Fred had not done an official trial yet and Sam put the idea to the group that they should decide via the game 'Rock , Paper, Scissors'.

Fred stood up once more to try and put a definitive stamp on the decision.

"Can I just say, this camp has been very equal," as Marvin tried to explain that although everyone has done a trial of some sort, they were the ones who haven't played an official game by Ant and Dec.

Once more, the Maître d'hôtel stated: "It's only fair I go, so if you want me to go just say," as he then proceeded to encourage his campmates to agree.

Tension boiled over as Marvin was left simmering as Fred then went to complete a workout before making his way to the clearing.

As Tony checked that Marvin was okay about the situation, he replied: "I'm easy mate, I'll do one tomorrow."

The athlete even offered to speak to Fred for the JLS star, but he declined, saying: "Fred wants to do it mate, so it's fine."

But fans took to X - formerly known as Twitter - as they spotted the new tension between the pair over the desire to do the trial.

One fan claimed: "I feel really sorry for Marvin he wanted to do that trial."

A second wrote: "Fred saying “I’m not sure anybody wanted to do the trial deep down” when Marvin was sitting there like ????."

"Wow, Fred ???? poor Marvin's face he actually looked gutted about not doing the trial," added a third.
