Angelina Jolie hinted at leaving Hollywood but will be playing her Disney role one last time.
In a recent interview with the Wall Street Journal, Angelina confirmed that she has signed to work on Disney's Maleficent 3. The third film would follow Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, the second film, which is set five years after Maleficent. It is unknown if co-stars Elle Fanning, who plays Briar Rose, and Sam Riley, who plays Diaval, will return for the third film.
Fans on X could not contain their excitement, upon hearing the news. One user wrote: "There’s no Maleficent without her, and they know that!" Another user wrote: "Oh my gosh!!! She blesses our screen one more time." Many agreed that Angelina was made to play the role. A user even referred to her as "motha," saying: "I am so excited to see Motha on my Screen again."

She said she and her family had to "heal" after the split, and she had to take a step back from her acting career in order to focus. “We had to heal. There are things we needed to heal from,” she shared. The court battle has led to her “losing the ability to live and travel freely." She also hinted at permanently moving abroad when she could. The actress has previously credited her children for “saving” her.

She went on to expose Hollywood, saying: "I grew up in quite a shallow place. Of all the places in the world, Hollywood is not a healthy place. So you seek authenticity."
