PUNTERS were floored at Newcastle after a 125-1 shot and 100-1 chance won back-to-back races.
It is believed to be the first time ever that horses with triple-figure odds have won in consecutive races in the UK.

The David Griffiths-trained Endofastorm kicked off the mad half hour with a come-from-behind win under Phil Dennis at an incredible 125-1.
And just minutes later, Keith Dalgleish's Notimeforanother upset his rivals at odds of 100-1 under Billy Garrity.
If you'd somehow chucked a pound on the double you'd have collected a stunning £12,726!
Griffiths, who enjoyed success with the brilliant sprinter Take Cover earlier in his career, revealed he and the owners hadn't a penny on Endofastorm.
He joked: âI saw there was a 100-1 winner in the next race after us - thereâs got to be something in the air!
âI donât think any of us backed her. Just a pound on would have been nice!
"If anyone else backed her then well done to them but Iâm delighted for her and to get the winner on the board for the new year.
âShe was eighth at Wolverhampton last time and Iâm not saying I thought she would have won by any stretch but she definitely ran better than the result suggests.
"I think a galloping track like Newcastle and a stiff mile all played to her strengths because she only got on top in the last 20 yards.
"It's our first winner of the year and I'm certainly not complaining."
But punters were left perplexed by the two massive shocks.
One said: "What on earth is going on?!"
Another added: "Mental. The bookies will be absolutely laughing."
While another said: "I don't know if it's because of the low standard of racing but this is crazy."
The biggest priced winner in British racing history is Dandy Flame, who won at Wolverhampton at an eye-watering 200-1 to 2016.
But that is eclipsed by both He Knows No Fear and Sawbuck, who have won in Ireland at 300-1 in recent years.
