STRICTLY fans have hit out at judge Motsi Mabuse, accusing her of 'favouritism' towards one celebrity during the tense semi-final.

Layton Williams and Nikita Kuzmin among the final stars left competing for the Glitter trophy, and took to the stage with a sexy rumba tonight.

While judges were left impressed by their performance, audiences were convinced they spotted a bias towards Layton.

Viewers took to X to share their thoughts, complaining that Motsi is not fairly marking the actor.

One person wrote: "I LOVE Nikita and Layton and they are amazing BUT Motsi never even offers constructive criticism. She's really favoured him throughout and she doesn’t try and hide it."

Another queried: "Motsi gave him a 9? Is she quite well?"

"Most difficult rumba?" one viewer asked. "What’s Motsi talking about?"

A fourth hit out: "Motsi is so far up Layton's backside."

Someone else agreed: "Here comes Motsi to blow smoke up his a**e."

The beloved South African judge has been accused of favouritism towards the pair before, when she fought back tears while praising Layton for his Paso Doble.

She gave the dancers a standing ovation after the dramatic routine that saw them scoop the first 40 of Strictly Come Dancing's 2023 series.

Part of the reason why fans are critical of Layton receiving high praise is because he has trained in dancing since the age of 11, so he does not have as little experience as some of the other celebs competing.
