Love Islanders hint at engagement after jetting to Australia for Christmas
LOVE Island's Will Young and Jessie Wynter have gone from strength to strength since leaving the show.
The couple, who met on the winter series earlier this year, teased fans with a major engagement hint.
Will Young and Jessie are in Australia for Christmas this yearJessie wore a stunning red dress with a plunging neckline, while Will looked dapper in a suit for a quick video.
She flashed a hand with a bare engagement ring finger, which prompted Will to grin.
Dog who 'always melts hearts' with his smile hopes to find a loving family"Is he proposing or has he just told me to get dressed up for a fancy date while on holiday," she wrote on the clip.
In the caption she penned: "Hmm".
"C’on, Will..ask Jessie to marry you this Christmas!! We all know you want to, and WE ALL are waiting for it!!" one fan wrote
"Do NOT tease me like that jessie! I'm praying for this to happen" a second echoed.
"Awww I really hope he proposes !! You two are actually meant to be!" cooed a third.
But not everyone thought it was a good idea, with one arguing: "They are so cute but so young!! I dont think anyone should be putting pressure on Will lol. When the time is right it’s right rooting for them though."
"No pressure Will," another wrote, with a running man emoji.
This isn't the first time the pair have hinted towards an engagement.
In August, Will said: "Last week I made a romantic gesture to Jessie. I won't lie, we are creeping up to the ring. We are creeping up to it.
"First stage is the goats, give us a couple of months and then the next thing is going to come and we will keep getting stronger and moving forward."
Sweet rescue dog with shy personality desperate to find a new best friendJessie added to MailOnline: "We were sitting at dinner the other night and he takes my ring off my finger and was holding it and asked, 'Does this ring fit you well?'
"I looked at him like, 'What? Why do you care about that?'
"He was acting so awkward."
They have been splitting their time between Will's farm in Buckinghamshire and Jessie's home in Sydney.
The couple revealed how they decided to spend the festive period in Australia with Jessie's family.
"When we were discussing where we wanted to do Christmas, we were at a bit of a split decision, I wanted Aus and Jessie wanted the UK.
"In there end Jessie had to go back earlier than expected and I wasn’t going with her until she surprised me 12 hours before her flight with a ticket for me," Will explained on Instagram.
"Family is so important, and ofc Jessie has been in the UK with mine, so I can’t wait to go back to her motherland with all of her family.
"I have never spent Christmas away from the family, back home + with it being summer time. But I’m happy I can come back to Aus with my 2nd family and make some unforgettable memories," he added.
