TOWIE star Georgia Kousoulou has been left heartbroken following the death of her beloved grandma.

The Towie star, 32, shared the news last night alongside a touching video of some of their memories together and revealed she had been there for her last moments.

Georgia had previously spoke about her grandma living with dementia – and how difficult it has been.

In a moving caption, Georgia – who called her grandma in Greek – wrote: “Today we lost our darling yai yai oh how our hearts are broken.

“The most loving beautiful women I have ever known . Her love & warmth we will never forget . I’m so thankful you were ours .

“Thank you for showing us love , strength , you was just beautiful inside & out . Your love was contagious.

“We was all with you while you took your last breaths today , I know you was at peace & I now know your with your love of your life our Pappou who’s been waiting for you.. I know your singing up there . I love you so much my angel.”

Her famous pals rushed to offer her support, with Dani Dyer commenting: “Sending so much love to you and your family George.”

Billie Faiers wrote: “So sorry for your loss - sending lots of love to you all xx”

While Danielle Armstrong added: “Oh what a beautiful soul she was ????️ sending you lots of love bubs xxxx.”

In the past Georgia spoke about her grandma’s dementia and revealed she moved to the UK once she needed more help.

She said: It's so difficult when you have a family member that doesn't even know who you are.

“The person is there, so you're trying to get your mind around the fact they're there but their mind has gone. Dementia is a massive thing in my family.

“My mum's Nan had it and my Greek Nan has got it now, she's actually in a home and it's the saddest thing.

“It's not a normal thing to deal with. I have really struggled with my Nan having it.”
