KATE Lawler has revealed she was left terrified after daughter Noa was left in so much pain that she was screaming and "threw up".

The presenter last night shared the realities of being a working mum as she raced home to be with her toddler after her shift at ITV.

Kate, 43, had travelled to Birmingham to interview This Morning host Alison Hammond for her stint in panto, and had returned home only to find Noa in a lot of pain and "upset" before bedtime.

Kate revealed: "It was such fun doing live TV from the theatre this morning as well and I got to dress up as a chicken. What more could a girl ask for?

"As soon as we wrapped I legged it to Birmingham New Street station as I wanted to get home to see Noa and the train was cancelled because of #StormPia but I hitched a lift and a taxi thanks to my ITV crew.

"I was still home by 4:45pm in time for cuddles before we did bath and bed. She was upset before bedtime as her ear was hurting and then she woke up an hour later screaming saying she wanted the pain to stop.

"I tried giving her pain relief but she was so hysterically upset because of the pain she threw up."

Kate continued: "30 minutes later she’d calmed down, had clean pyjamas on, taken pain relief and was cuddled back to sleep. Hoping it’s not an ear infection and she’s all better by tomorrow."

Her pal and former Big Brother co-star Alison typed beneath Kate's post: "Hope Noa is ok!"

Kate has continued to share the ups and downs of parenting, but earlier this year she was forced to hit back at trolls who mum-shamed her for posting a video of the tot having a meltdown.

In the summer, Kate furiously took to Instagram after trolls blasted her for posting footage of her daughter having the tantrum.

They claimed she'd made the wrong decision to take two-year-old Noa on a road trip through Europe too.
