Now the Rosie Webster actress has taken to her Instagram Stories to throw shade at lovebirds enjoying festive fun.

Alongside a graphic showing a man shaking his head against the backdrop of snow-capped wooden huts, it read: "Me seeing all the happy couples at the Christmas Market.

"I hope you break up."

Helen is proud parent to daughters, Matilda and Delilah and son, Charlie.

The ITV favourite shares her brood with her footballer ex Scott Sinclair, 34, but the distance between their homes makes co-parenting tricky.

In a new interview with Closer, Helen said the children will spend December 25th with Scott and their nanna in Bath - 190 miles from her home in Bolton.

She said: "My children really miss their daddy and they're very close to their nanna, so they're going to spend Christmas with them. I won't have them for about four days.

"It will actually be the first Christmas that I don't have my children."

However, Helen still has festive fun ahead as she will be taking the children, and her friends, to Bali to ring in the New Year.

She said: "Kindness costs nothing," during an interview on ITV's Lorraine, before admitting she "didn't understand" the mentality of the keyboard bullies.
