The 27-year-old looked back to his best as he planted a smacker on his sweetheart in romantic photos shared with his social media fans.

In a love note to his misses, he wrote: “Happy Valentine’s my beautiful wife.

“Thank you for always being by my side through the thick and thin.”

Lyndon, who met Victoria when he was starring for Queen of the South, was recently floored with a bout of pneumonia that forced a spell on the sidelines.

But he can be seen beaming as he wraps his arms around smitten Victoria in one intimate image and plants a kiss on his partner in another dreamy Instagram moment.

We told how the former Livingston star remains a major doubt for Scotland’s UEFA Euro 2024 qualifiers after his release from hospital.

He was admitted last month before returning home to his family last week.

Loftus Road chiefs have refused to put a timeframe on his pitch comeback and have told the target man to take his time.

Scotland face Cyprus on March 25 and Spain on March 28 at Hampden as the qualifiers kick off.

And Steve Clarke looks set to be without his 26-capped frontman as QPR boss Neil Critchley insisted he won’t be rushed back.

He said: “We don’t want to put a timeframe on Lyndon’s return. What he needs to do is be patient, as we do we and give him our support.”

QPR signed Dykes from Livingston in a £2m deal in 2020 and former boss Davie Martindale earlier sent his best wishes to his Lions striker.

He said: “Hopefully the big man makes a recovery very soon.”
