The details of a contract shared by Mike Perry to fight Jake Paul have debunked theories about the YouTuber 'fixing' his fights.

Bare-knuckle boxer Perry shared a contract sent to him by Paul's team at Most Valuable Promotions. The fine print showed a bout agreement to face Paul at 185lb on February 18, with a location and venue being absent from the bout agreement.

The UFC veteran signed his end of the deal but Paul is yet to address the potential fight, with Perry tweeting: "I signed a contract to fight Jake Paul but he changed his mind". Further details of the bout agreement Perry shared address how the glove selection process works and how the governing authorities have the final say on the number of rounds the fight will be.

As Paul's radio silence has put the potential fight in doubt, Perry issued a putdown of the YouTuber by requesting a "real" fight. "I fought a 27-3 pro boxer, I am currently 3-0 in the last two years as a boxer. I am a boxer and Can beat any boxer/fighter at 175-185. Give me a real boxing match and I prove it. Cuz we know they not stepping in Bare Knuckle FC with me. ASAP too," he wrote.

'The Problem Child' has been accused of fixing his fights by some fans and fighters alike, something that has frustrated the YouTuber. Following his decision win against UFC legend Anderson Silva last October, Paul labelled the 'fixing' claims as "stupidity" and admitted it makes him lose faith in his generation.

"When I do something like beating Anderson Silva, they try to take it away from me," he said on The MMA Hour. "But I know deep down, and I guess that’s all that really matters. There are the people who will always be there in my career who are discrediting it. Now, they’re saying it was rigged. It went from, ‘Jake’s going to get knocked out by Anderson,’ to 'oh, that was rigged.’"

“I lose faith in my generation and my peers and us as a society and a world when I see that type of stuff and that type of stupidity," Paul added. "It just sucks. It sucks because I worked so hard for this. I dedicate everything, sacrifice everything, every single day, bust my balls, have a 15-person team working around the clock to help me become the best boxer possible."
