Blac Chyna rang in the new year with a video post about her latest surgery.
The model and influencer started off the Instagram post by saying: "Hey guys, Happy New Year's." The video had a black and white filter on it and her hair was hidden by a knit beanie.
She wore a black bra and had a compression wrap on her upper chest. "Yep I did it again," she said, "Quick story time about the breasts. So, earlier this year, I was like, 'You know what, I wanna take out my boobs. I'm over it I'm kinda tired of the fake look they're too big for my body, too big for my frame and it just doesn't fit me as a person anymore.'"

The surgery had some painful complications (Instagram/ Blac Cyhna)Chyna, born Angela White, shared that the doctor advised that he would go "smaller and then smaller" to see how her "skin retracts" so she wasn't left with "deformed" breasts or "saggy skin." She went from 585cc to 385cc but started to have complications.

"One of the worst things that could happen happened. One of my breasts got encapsulated," she explained. Black Chyna said it was "painful" as the muscle in her left breast "had contracted around the implant."
She said: "This is something that can happen whenever you do surgery." This wasn't Chyna's first experience under the knife for her breasts, but she claimed this had never happened before.

She thanked fans for their support (Instagram)On December 21, she had her second surgery which got her chest down to 190cc. "My doctor told me if I don't do some type of implant, basically, my boobs are just going to be mush," she added.
The mother of two noted how much money these surgeries cost and that she'll probably have to get another one within the next ten years to keep them how she wants. But despite everything that happened, Chyna is feeling happy to have a smaller chest.
"All in all, though, I'm very very happy," she said, "I'm excited because I'm finally part of the Itty Bitty Ti**y Committee."
Chyna ended the video by making sure to thank those watching. "I'm excited for 2024. 2023 really showed me a lot about myself and you guys were all like right there and supporting me," she said.
