Sophie Turner split from husband Joe Jonas in September 2023 when he filed divorce papers - and Sophie is reviving the controversy.
What ensued was a messy back-and-forth as rumours spread and their teams battled it out in the public. As the drama dies down now, Sophie is seemingly stirring the pot again with a pointed statement. The actress wrote: "2023 was the year of the girlies. 2024s forecast is looking fairly consistent."
She made the post alongside plenty of photos with her friends, including Taylor Swift and Sabrina Carpenter. Sophie included the highlights from her newly single life, posting some of her recent activities like skiing, sports game, and nights out.

In Sept., Taylor reportedly lent out one of her New York City penthouses to her Game of Thrones friend where she stayed with her children briefly.

Additionally, Taylor and Sophie have been seen arm in arm as they headed out to various NYC dining hotspots. The Bad Blood singer even brought Sophie to a Kansas City Chiefs game to watch Taylor's boyfriend, Travis Kelce, play.
Sophie's separation from Joe included some custody issues, too. While the court documents obtained by The Mirror initially claimed a desire to co-parent their children, it was later revealed that the children were a primary point of contention. Joe asked for a parenting plan and timesharing schedule which are both relatively common.

She accused him of "wrongful retention" of the children who had been with their father for months on tour while Sophie was working an acting gig. According to her, the former couple planned to hand off the children after her project concluded, but she said Joe didn't followthrough on the promise.
Her new Instagram post has fans revisiting the drama and came with a mixed bag of responses from fans. One fan wrote: "I’m happy for this girl that she got out of that marriage and baby cult with the Jonas family ! She looks much happier back home in England , wish her the best and a taller man."
Another hit her with a nasty accusation. They wrote: "Honestly stay happy and leave Joe alone. You cheated we all know now move on. Let him heal."
