PRINCE Harry and Meghan Markle are set to reunite with a Hollywood megastar pal after they had a fallout with other famous mates.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be celebrating with movie star John Travolta at an awards ceremony in Beverly Hills next week.

Travola, who is an aviation ambassador, will be presenting Harry with a ‘Legend of Aviation’ award.

But the couple’s friendship with the Grease and Pulp Fiction star goes back much further.

Travolta, 69, who shot to fame in hit 1977 boogie drama Saturday Night Fever, famously danced with Harry's mother Princess Diana at a White House gala dinner in 1985.

They danced for 15 minutes to songs including You’re the One That I Want — his 1978 Grease film musical hit with Olivia Newton-John — in front of the Press, fellow star Clint Eastwood and US President Ronald Reagan.

Travolta later said it was “one of the highlights of my life”.

The screen idol, a member of controversial religion Scientology, also socialised with Harry and Meghan last year at the The Beverly Hills Hotel’s ultra-VIP Polo Lounge where its trademark salad can cost £1,500.

The trio shared food and drinks at a party for the couple’s Archewell foundation hosted by the hotel.

Sources insist Harry and Meghan are not Scientologists but an insider said: “They all got on extremely well.”

It comes as the couple have reportedly fallen out with other high profile pals including David and Victoria Beckham.

The Sun on Sunday previously told how Harry confronted the ex-England skipper, suggesting he or wife Victoria were responsible for leaks about the royal couple.

Sources say David was left “absolutely bloody furious” after the accusations were made in a phone call.

Meanwhile, sources say they have formed a new “California Court” of pals, which includes model Kelly Zajfen and cosmetics tycoon Victoria Jackson — plus they are regular house guests of neighbour Oprah Winfrey.

They are said to remain “very close friends” with Oprah, who two-and-a-half years ago carried out the bombshell interview in which the couple claimed an unnamed royal had made comments about the colour of their unborn child.

The meet-up with Travolta was understood to be one of the few times they ventured from their home for a night in LA, despite living in California for more than three years.

Insiders add that the couple are “focused on working and enjoying time out with friends”.

Travolta will present the award, set up to honour those who make significant contributions to aviation and aerospace, to Harry this weekend.

The duke, 39, completed two tours of Afghanistan as a forward air controller and an Apache helicopter pilot, having flown countless training missions in the UK, US and Australia.

He served for 10 years in the military, rising to the rank of Captain.

Harry will take his place alongside other aviation and aerospace "legends" including Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong.

Other aerospace icons set to be inducted alongside Harry this year include US navy pilot Fred George and former world speed record holder Steve Hinton.

The event's website also praised the duke for his work with charities and organisations including Travalyst, Sentebale, African Parks, WellChild and the Invictus Games.

A statement on the event's website said: “A British Army veteran and pilot with ten years military service, flying training missions in the US, UK and Australia, as well as combat missions in Afghanistan saving the lives of allied forces and countless civilians, and creator of the Invictus Games for wounded service members and veterans around the world.”
