JANE McDonald is well known for showing viewers on Channel 5 a good time as she goes on adventures around the world, and her latest programme set in the Canary Islands will be no exception.
The much-loved TV presenter, 60, filmed her solo island-hopping excursions last year in an attempt to show Brits what they can experience abroad.
Each hour-long episode charts her travels through one of the islands as she swims in the sea, soaks up the sun, tries Spanish food and makes new friends.
However, the daring woman got a big shock in Fuerteventura when she signed up for a yoga retreat.
On her way to the venue, she shared: "I'm so glad I found this outdoor class, and I'm really looking forward to a good stretch."

But upon arrival Jane was left open-mouthed when she saw her fellow exercisers bending over in the buff.
She was left exclaiming: "Oh blimey!" to the host in shock, going on to point out the obvious - "They've got no clothes on!"
Although she was taken aback by the sight of a row of nude men stretching, the woman running the retreat assured her this was a normal occurrence at the establishment.
"It's a naked yoga retreat. This is how we do yoga here. It's perfectly normal. You don't need clothes to be able to do yoga," she explained.
"I've been doing this for a long time. Lots of people come because of the weather."
In the end the show host nervously opted out of doing her stretches with the rest of the class, deciding to go for a paddle in the pool in a swimsuit instead.
