PAEDO teacher Kandice Barber is "no loss to teaching" and got everything "she deserves", her ex-husband has blasted.

Daniel Barber slammed the sex-mad tutor, 38, and "welcomed" the decision to ban her from classrooms after she groomed a pupil and had sex with him in a field in 2018.

The married mum-of-three, who worked at a school in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, sent the boy explicit photos on Snapchat.

She would also send him sexual texts when the pair were in the classroom together.

One message read: "You cannot make me blush when I am teaching now, poker face."

The sicko even "threatened" to bring the lad down if he reported her and falsely accused him of rape.

Barber was branded "beyond despicable" by the judge who sentenced her to six years behind bars in 2021.

Now her disgusted ex-husband is speaking out about her "unthinkable" actions that "devastated so many lives".

He told the MailOnline he is still "astonished" by her crime after she became "highly thought of" within the school.

"Her disqualification from teaching is exactly what any parent would expect to happen, no other outcome would have been tolerated," he said.

"Now you can only say that she is no loss to the profession after what she did to that young boy, his family and the repercussions it has brought on her own family," he added.

Her ban from the classroom is "no more than she deserves", Daniel continued.

Daniel previously said he stood by Barber through her trials because he chose to believe her protests of innocence.

He told The Sun: “She’s been in prison for three years, we haven’t been together for over two years.

“I was always brought up until you’ve proven guilty, or not guilty, why should I not stand by someone?

“So I stood by someone in the belief they were innocent and that everything’s going to be fine.

“I stood by her because she had kids, and I didn’t want the kids to be taken into care.”

Daniel added: “I don’t regret anything in life, I don’t regret supporting her.

“But It’s a situation I never ever expected to ever be in, do I wish it upon anyone? No, I don’t wish it upon my worst enemy.”

While the sick memories of "the lowest moment of his life" still haunt him, the dad is now focusing on his new relationship with Charlotte Smith and birth of their son.

He previously told The Sun: “I’ve moved on, I’m happy, nothing will bring me down.

“It’s taken me a long way to get where I am, but I wouldn’t turn back the clocks and change anything because going through this stuff has made me who I am today.”

Speaking of the sex-mad teacher's future, her ex-husband believed she was a "very intelligent person" and will most likely start over successfully.

The criminal previously sparked up a relationship with a fellow inmate, Jay Delaney.

The couple met inside an open women's prison while Barber worked on day release as a Hounslow construction site security guard.

She used the freedom to hold secret rendezvous with Delaney - who was jailed for five years after stealing £388,000 from her friend.

The Ministry of Justice has since stripped both Barber and her girlfriend of their temporary freedom after The Sun exposed them.

At the time Daniel told The Sun Online: "I am disgusted that Kandice would want to bring a fellow prisoner into her family and everyday life.

"Her new girlfriend has been convicted for being dishonest, for fraud.

"I can't believe she would want a person like this to be involved with her.

"This shows how selfish Kandice is and that she only thinks about what is good for herself."

The ex-husband has heard the pair are still together but now takes no interest as she is "removed" from the family.

Barber was jailed for six years and two months in 2021 after being found guilty of engaging a child in sexual activity.

She began messaging the 15-year-old in 2018 after taking his phone number at a school sports day prize-giving event.

Texts soon turned "sexual" and the teacher picked him up in her car before driving to a field and having sex with the boy.

Barber was also struck off the teaching register indefinitely following a misconduct hearing.

The Teaching Regulation Agency heard how the sex-mad form tutor still denies any wrongdoing.

In a badly-spelled note, Barber wrote: "Despite the convictions I have always proclaimed my innocentse. [sic]".

But the panel found "calculated" Barber had communicated with the boy in "an inappropriate and sexually suggestive manner".

Chair Susanne Staab said: "Her grooming and sexual exploitation of him was followed by threats and manipulation, demonstrating a callous and selfish disregard for her pupil’s well-being.

"The public would rightly be appalled by her behaviour."
