Everett Lee, 28, and Casen Carver, 18, who were believed to be present but didn't take part in the alleged crime, were also charged with principle to third-degree rape.
Carver allegedly told cops that he and the three other suspects went to a club, known as Reggie's Bar, near LSU's campus and had been drinking, according to the arrest warrant.

According to Carver she was "very unstable on her feet, was not able to keep her balance".
The 19-year-old student and the unnamed 17-year-old suspect were seen "hugging and walking together," he added.
Madison then asked for a ride home with the suspects before getting into a car with the group.
Carver alleged that Washington and the 17-year-old asked Brooks to have sex with them in the back seat of a car and she agreed, according to the warrant.
However, Carver also told investigators he believed Brooks was too intoxicated to know what she was consenting to, saying he "hated it", according to the warrant.
Carver and Lee were allegedly in the front of the seat of the car at the time.
She then asked to be taken home but the suspects claim she gave a number of different addresses.
She was eventually dropped off by the group near where she was hit by a ride-share driver at around 3am on Burbank Drive.
She was said to be standing in an unlit area on the road near Pelican Lakes Parkway when she was mowed down.

'WHAT HAPPENED TO HER WAS EVIL'
LSU released a statement on Monday acknowledging the arrest of the four individuals.
"Madison was a daughter, a granddaughter, a sister, a niece, a classmate, and a friend to many of you," the statement said.
"By all accounts, she was an amazing young woman with limitless potential. She should not have been taken from us in this way.
"What happened to her was evil, and our legal system will parcel out justice."
"All but one of the suspects involved in this horrific scenario were underage yet were able to consume alcohol at a local bar," the statement continues.
"As such, our action plan starts with a deep and relentless focus on any establishment that profits off our students by providing alcohol to underage individuals.
"In the coming days, we will call a meeting with these business owners to discuss how their responsibilities directly impact the safety of our students.
"We will work openly against any business that doesn’t join us in efforts toward creating a safer environment for our students. Enough is enough."
Brooks was a sophomore at LSU in the Manship School of Mass Communication and was a member of the Alpha Phi sorority.
A vigil was held on January 22 by LSU Panhellenic.
“As a community, we send our love, support, and prayers to everyone who knew and loved Madison during these times,” LSU Panhellenic wrote in a Facebook post.
Brooks' family was able to donate her heart and kidneys, according to WAFB.
