FIFA 23 TOTY Honourable Mentions promo leaks and expected release date

With the FIFA 23 TOTY Final XI now available in Packs, the TOTY Honourable Mentions promo is set to also drop in FUT later today.

The FIFA 23 TOTY event has been live for a week now, with the TOTY attack, midfield and defence having all been released separately into FUT packs over the last seven days. The full TOTY XI is now available after its release last night, but another TOTY squad is also set to arrive in FUT very soon.

FIFA 22 saw the introduction of a brand-new TOTY-themed promo in FUT, TOTY Honourable Mentions. The promo awarded players some of the TOTY Nominees who missed out on the Ultimate XI with boosted TOTY-themed cards, but not as high-rated as the TOTY XI.

And, according to leaks on social media, TOTY Honourable mentions is set to return in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team this week, with the full set of players reportedly set to be included being leaked as well. Here is everything we know about the rumoured FIFA 23 FUT TOTY Honourable Mentions promo so far including the latest leaks and the expected release date.

FIFA 23 TOTY Honourable Mentions expected release date

With the FIFA 23 releases of TOTY following the same patterns as FIFA 22, we expect that the TOTY Honourable Mentions will follow the release of the full TOTY Final XI. Based on this, we expect that the TOTY Honourable Mentions will be released on Friday, January 26 at 6pm GMT / 1pm ET / 10am PT.

Again, based on the FIFA 22 release, we also expect that the TOTY 12th man will be released alongside the TOTY Honourable Mentions, and according to leaker @FutSheriff, Erling Haaland is the TOTY 12th man. This is just a leak, but the striker wasn't included in the FIFA 23 TOTW 13 squad despite scoring a hat-trick, so it bodes well for his TOTY inclusion.

FIFA 23 TOTY Honourable Mentions leaks

The full TOTY Honourable Mentions squad has been leaked ahead of the official release by the ever-reliable @FutSheriff. None of these players are guaranteed to feature in the Honourable Mentions promo, and we won't know who is confirmed to be in the promo until EA themselves release the squad.

Here's a list of every Honourable Mentions player leaked so far:

Champions League winner and Real Madrid star Vinicius Jr is reportedly set to feature in the TOTY Honourable mentions squad, and there's no doubt the Brazilian will be one of the most sought-after players in the squad. Premier League quartet Harry Kane, Joao Cancelo, Kalidou Koulibaly and Bukayo Saka are also reportedly set to be included.

Team 2 of the TOTY Icons have been confirmed to be exiting packs later today at 5.59pm GMT / 12.59pm ET / 9.59am PT, but some leaks suggest they will return to FUT on Sunday, January 29.
