Ranvir Singh has listed the lessons she has learned since her boyfriend moved in with her in recent weeks. The Good Morning Britain presenter has been ramping up her romance with 28-year-old Louis Church, who she met while competing on Strictly Come Dancing.

The 46-year-old TV presenter has posted a list on her Instagram Stories of what she has learned in the first few weeks of 2024, as she shared with her followers that she is finding ways of opening up about her life and how much her boyfriend has improved her life.

Ranvir posted on her social media page: "Things I'm learning in 2024 so far... Movement is medicine, food is medicine, talking is medicine." This comes after she addressed her weight gain, which she has said has been a symptom of her busy lifestyle, with early morning starts for her time on GMB. The ITV star has detailed her dieting and revealed an "annoying" habit of her new beau.

She confessed to the Telegraph : "I am a stone and a half overweight - it's my hangover from constantly eating when tired. It's not just New Year when I decide to overhaul my diet and fitness regime - it's every Sunday night!" Ranvir continued: "I head to the local gym for an hour's spin class. I wish I hadn't given up dancing after Strictly, but it just didn't fit my day-to-day."

Louis, meanwhile, "always hits snooze" on the pair's alarm clock - much to Ranvir's frustration. "I try to talk myself back to sleep but it doesn’t always work. I get up, make a decaf tea and start chopping an onion for a dahl for lunch," she said. "Louis is terrible. He always hits snooze every ten minutes – it drives me mad!"

Speaking about her boyfriend's age, Ranvir said: "We don’t ever joke about the age difference. Actually, age is no guarantee of someone being wonderful to you. There are complete gits who are exactly the same age as you. Age can define life experience, but that is only valuable if you've learned from it – it doesn't always mean you've got your life figured out."

Summing up their relationship, she concluded in the Sun's Fabulous magazine : "There are things that he is better at than I am in terms of just being a good human being and I'm learning from him. So to me, it's a complete joy."
