PRINCE Andrew has been spotted taking a horse ride in Windsor as he celebrated his 64th birthday in low-key fashion.

The disgraced Duke commemorated the milestone without any fanfare at his home in Windsor Great Park.

There have been no public well-wishes from the Royal Family on Andrew's birthday.

And the last time the Royal Family social media accounts celebrated the Duke's special day was four years ago in 2020.

Back in 2022, Westminster Abbey confirmed that it would never again mark Prince Andrew’s birthday by ringing the bells.

In the same year Buckingham Palace announced that the prince was stripped of his military titles and his royal patronages were returned to the late Queen.

Andrew was previously accused of having sex with underage Virginia Giuffre on Epstein's "Paedo Island" as well as allegedly knowing about his pal's sex crimes.

But the royal denied all wrongdoing.

The case was settled without any of the allegations being tested in court as Andrew settled the lawsuit in February 2022.

Sources say his lawyers negotiated a cut-price deal of between £3m and £5m.

It's more than four years since Prince Andrew stepped down from royal duties.

And if anything, he now seems further away than ever from any prospect of rehabilitation and a return to public life.

It follows the unsealing of court papers in the US which allege that Andrew took part in an underage orgy and appeared in sex tapes — which he denies.

Following the release of the documents, any questions about bringing the Duke back into the royal fold were quashed and the King has continued to keep his brother at a distance

Andrew has since reportedly decided to “lock himself away in a room” to avoid the fallout of the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.

Charles has tried to distance himself from his younger brother after the court papers in New York sparked more calls for the duke to be stripped of his title and booted out of Royal Lodge.

The King is said to want his brother out of the home — where he has lived for 20 years — but Andrew is said to have a 75-year lease that does not expire until 2078.

EPSTEIN CLAIMS

Included in the documents were claims that Andrew - who denies everything - took part in an underage orgy on Epstein’s private resort Little Saint James, which is dubbed “paedophile island”.

The papers also alleged that sex tapes involving Andrew were made by dead billionaire Epstein.

They also contained claims he had “knowledge of jailed Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein’s trafficking conduct”.

More than 1,000 documents were revealed as part of a lawsuit brought against Maxwell by sex abuse accuser Virginia Giuffre.

The royal said he “regrets” his friendship with Epstein.

It comes as a new film Scoop will go behind the scenes of Andrew's car crash Newsnight interview with the BBC's Emily Maitlis.

In February last year it was confirmed that Gillian Anderson and Billie Piper would lead the cast in Scoop, tracking Prince Andrew's interview with Newsnight about Jeffrey Epstein.

Back in November 2019, Andrew sat down with Maitlis to discuss his relationship with convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Scoop will detail the behind-the-scenes account of the "news interview of the decade", with an all-star cast as the key players.

Gillian will play journalist Maitlis, and Billie will portray Sam McAllister, who negotiated and secured the bombshell interview, Prince Andrew will be brought to the screen by Rufus Sewell.
