Charlotte Crosby wants to apologise to Vicky Pattison after the pair fell out following their time on Geordie Shore together.
The reality TV stars were both original members of the Geordie Shore cast but famously no longer saw eye-to-eye after Vicky quit the MTV series in 2014. Addressing her ex-friendship with her co-star, Charlotte revealed she now felt differently towards Vicky.
"Me and Vicky don’t speak anymore. This is the first time I’ve ever said this. This is so huge. I would like to, if I ever saw Vicky, I’d probably apologise because we fell out," she told CEL Solicitors at a recent event.
"She kind of turned her back on us. She did s**g the show off and everything about it, and we weren’t happy with her doing that. But now, looking at where I’m at now, I actually look back at that and think, actually, she’d just grown up.
"Now that I feel it, now that I’ve started a family, I totally kind of get where she was at. But I couldn’t understand then. So I feel like I get her now because I’m in the same place she was back then."
Holly Hagan reveals she's pregnant with first child with footballer husbandCharlotte previously addressed her falling out with Vicky back in 2022 when she admitted she and her former co-star were "never really friends". When asked if she would ever be friends with Vicky again, she told The Sun: "We were never really friends in the first place, so I am not really sure to be honest. I don’t think we were, we were probably just workmates. There wasn’t really a fallout, but she just moved on and we went our separate ways. We haven’t spoken."
When Vicky quit Geordie Shore in 2014, she blasted the MTV series as "toxic", which led to Charlotte speaking out in defence of the show. During an exclusive chat with Mirror Online, the 29-year-old said: "I think we must have had very different experiences and maybe we were just very different people because everyone else from Geordie Shore seems to be having a really great life and thinks of it as a massively amazing experience, so maybe she just should have never went on."
She added: "I've always had a really good experience from start to finish. Every show that I've been on with MTV I've had aftercare, before-care, if I've ever needed to speak to anyone during filming, it's always sorted and arranged at the drop of a hat.
"I can only speak from experience and all of my experiences with most of the shows I've been on, I've received excellent support and care." Meanwhile, Vicky has spoken previously about "becoming a caricature" of herself in a job she "hated".
Speaking to TOWIE star Georgia Kousoulou on her The Secret To Podcast back in 2021, she said: "I had to leave Geordie Shore. It didn't grow. It was still just a bunch of people who were no longer in their twenties getting p***ed four and five nights a week.
"For some people that's their reality, and that's absolutely fine, but for me I definitely wanted something different." Reflecting on her past in an Instagram post in October last year, Vicky revealed: "10 years ago I was in a job I hated, becoming a caricature of myself. I was in toxic relationships that constantly left me feeling broken which is all I thought I deserved & I tried to numb all these feelings with alcohol as I literally didn't see a way out.
"Fast forward to now & I would pay good money to see the look on 25 years old Vicky's face if she could only see me now. Engaged to be married to one of the kindest & most handsome men I've ever met, 2 perfect doggos, eggs in the freezer, a job I love & the opportunity to use my platform for good- to say the things I wish someone would have said to me when I was younger & struggling."
