Post-pandemic, Amazon has regularly held an autumn Prime Day event in October in addition to the traditional July event.
Amazon has yet to announce details about the forthcoming summer event, but we will update this guide as soon as it does.
What date is the July Prime Day 2024?
In 2023, the July Prime Day took place on 11 and 12 July - the same date as in 2022.
This year the 11 - 12 July falls on a Thursday and Friday, so we predict the date of the sale will likely shift to 9 - 10 July or 16 - 17 July, to accommodate the normal midweek slot the event normally falls on.

The sale normally kicks off at midnight on the first day and runs until midnight on the second day, giving Prime members a full 48 hours of discounted shopping across all categories.

What date is the October Prime Day 2024?
Amazon has not announced the date of its October Prime Day for 2024 yet.
However, based on previous years we expect the event to take place in the second or third week of October.
As soon as we get further announcements about the event we will be updating this guide with more information, so keep this page bookmarked to stay in the know.
In 2023, the autumn Prime Day event took place on the 10 and 11 October.
The two-day event, which Amazon called the Prime Big Deal Days event, gave Prime members access to thousands of offers across all categories.
