Tammy Slaton looked incredible as she showed off her slim figure after losing more than 30 stone.
The 1000-lb Sisters star took to TikTok on Thursday to share a video of herself posing in the mirror as she shared her outfit of the day with fans. Tammy wore a long black T-shirt and khaki trousers, pairing her look with some grey trainers.
She accessorised with a silver necklace and multi-coloured rainbow bracelet. The 37-year-old TLC star danced along to the song Plus-Size Freestyle by Samyra as she turned to the side to show fans her small waistline after losing 440lb (31.4 stone).

When Tammy first appeared on 1000-lb Sisters, she weighed more than 700lb (50 stone). She managed to transform her life and after undergoing life-changing surgery, she now sticks to a strict diet.
While most people are supportive of Tammy's journey, she does still receive some cruel comments on social media. Just last month, she was forced to speak out when trolls said she looked like Family Guy's Peter Griffin.
Tammy was much bigger when she first appeared on 1000-lb Sisters (TLC)Hitting back at the vile comments in a TikTok video, Tammy said: "Did your mama ever teach you if you didn't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all?" She added: "If you have no name and no picture, keep your mouth shut, keep your mouth shut because you don't have no right to come on anybody's profile, anybody's page, anybody's videos and comment when you're not even showing your name or picture."
Tammy continued: "Did your mama ever teach you if you didn't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all? Because if she didn't, Aunt Tammy will." The TV personality sadly admitted she was tired of all the hate and wouldn't wish it on her "worst enemy".
She shared a defiant message as she ended her video, saying: "I'm tired of seeing this. Calling me a chicken, saying 'gobble gobble turkey neck', whatever. So what, so what I look like Peter Griffin, so what I've got a turkey neck, whatever.
"So what, I worked hard for it. I'm proud of this. I deserve it. I deserve this, not being called names. Nobody deserves to be called names."
