Fans have been taken aback by Celebrity Big Brother's Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu pre Love Island appearance, with the reality star looking practically unrecognisable from her former self.
Famed for her candidness, Ekin-Su has long been open about the plastic surgery she's had to achieve her glam look, with the 29-year-old having spent thousands on cosmetic procedures.
As well as tear trough filler, cheek filler, and jaw filler, Islington-born Ekin-Su previously splashed out on £4,000 veneers, which she travelled to Turkey for, and has also undergone breast augmentation, botox, and a nonsurgical nose job.
The Love Island bombshell, who won the memorably explosive 2022 series with ex-boyfriend Davide Sanclimenti, documented her procedures and aftercare via Instagram, praising the treatment she received as '10/10'.
Aesthetics practitioner Dr Rosh has previously shared before and after snaps of Ekin-Su via Instagram, revealing that she consulted with him 'in preparation of entering the villa'.

Detailing her pre-fame transformation, Dr Rosh revealed: "We decided to add subtle changes but still keeping everything looking very natural. First, we added tear trough filler to fill the hollows and give her that gorgeous 'eight-hour beauty sleep' refreshed look.
"Then, I feathered in some filler into the lateral cheeks to soften her middle cheek fullness and jaw filler to lift and create more definition."

Nobody's stupid, it just makes you look fake if you say, 'I haven't had anything done' when you clearly have."
Opening up about her plans for a more natural look, Ekin-Su, who competed at the Miss Asia Pacific World pageant as Miss Ireland back in 2011, added: "Whatever lip filler I have, I'm going to dissolve. I didn't like the fake look. I think natural beauty is a lot prettier. I've not had anything major done to myself, right? OK, apart from the boobs."
