Long-awaited Amy Winehouse biopic Back to Black hits screens next week. And we can reveal that director Sam Taylor-Johnson made sure the sex scenes between Amy ( Marisa Abela ) and Blake Fielder-Civil (Jack O’Connell) were on point by hiring Harry Styles ’ intimacy coach.

Sara Green, who is also a choreographer and movement coach, worked with Harry on his Late Night Talking video. And sources say she was Sam’s first port of call.

One says: “Amy and Blake’s passionate, chaotic relationship is so pivotal. Their more intimate scenes had to be done right, and Sara’s input was invaluable.”

Sara’s impressive CV also includes work for Disney, Searchlight and Pathe, as well as projects for Amazon Prime, Radiohead and London Fashion Week. She also directed intimate scenes for harrowing West End hit, A Little Life.

Marisa Abela recently told Harper's Bazaar her first instinct was to say no to the project, as it was 'too huge'. But having grown up in a jewish household herself she says her close feelings to Amy have grown during the project, undoubtedly her biggest screen role to date.

Marisa, 27, said: "The more I got to know her, the more I felt a major connection to this spiky Jewish girl from London who had a lot to say and was really quite unafraid."

Marisa hopes fans will appreciate her performance and that she has done her legacy justice when Back To Black is released on April 12.
