The meeting of TOWIE star Amy Childs and Hollywood actor Adam Sandler has caused a commotion on social media as her fans can't believe the photo.
The mum-of-four, who made her name in the Essex-based reality show, posted a snap of her with Adam on her Instagram page, and many of her 1.1 million followers had plenty to say about the her meeting the A-lister at posh London hotel, Claridge's.
Amy was as glamorous as ever as she beamed a huge smile while wearing the kind of shades expected of a big TV star, while a bearded Adam was dressed more casually, wearing a blue hoodie for the selfie with the 33-year-old The Only Way Is Essex star. Amy captioned the photo with: "What a moment… I just met @adamsandler, what a lovely guy… majorly star struck."

You look like the film star, he looks like the fan!!" Another added: "Little does he know you're the big celebrity lmao how was it you're Essex attitude & his sense of humour i wish i could have seen lol"
Others were a little disparaging about Adam's look on the day, with one detractor posting: "Why do the mega rich always look like tramps! Honestly wash ur face at least hun". While a fourth wrote: "Saw him in Claridges last Friday felt like we saw Jesus !!" Many more were simply stunned by the picture and could only muster up "omg" comments.

This meeting comes after a difficult few weeks to start the year as Amy had to rush her baby boy to hospital twice in a month he battled to breathe. Billy was taken to A&E on Christmas Day as he "couldn't stop coughing" and suffered from a "high temperature". Amy had been looking forward to Billy and his twin sister Amelia's first Christmas.

I feel like he gets better, then a few weeks pass, and he is ill again. His immune system must be so low."
Amy detailed all the medication she has tried including Calpol, Nurofen, a nose suction, and Snufflebabe vapour rub as well as raising up his mattress. She urged: "I just want some advice because he is constantly like this." In December, Billy was diagnosed with tonsillitis after his first hospital visit.
