GOLF fans have been left shocked over the prices of food and drink at The Masters.
Supporters flock to Augusta from April 11 to 14 for the first major of the year.
And fans are in for a treat after discovering the cheap cost of grabbing something to eat and drink at the event.
Pimento cheese and or egg salad sandwiches are classic options, having been sold at The Masters since the 1930s and either will set patrons back just $1.50.
The dollar to pound exchange rate is $1:£0.79, meaning the sandwiches cost just £1.20 in English money."

When it comes to sandwiches, no option is more than $2.50.
The cheap prices are also available at breakfast, which is served until 10am.
Coffee, blueberry muffins, and fresh fruit all cost just $1.00 each and a sausage biscuit is just 50c more.
An array of snacks are also worth a dollar.
Beverages are reasonably priced too with an import beer setting you back $3.50, a domestic beer $2.75, a bottle of water $1.50 and soft drinks only $1.00.
In fact, a fan could buy one of everything on the menu for $35.75.
Fans could not believe the incredibly low prices, with one saying: "Has inflation not hit the Masters menu? What year are those prices from?"
Another added: "A sandwich and a beer for $6.00? I don't know a single location in America with prices like that yet alone at the golf course. WOW!"
A third reacted: "At those prices get two of everything."
Masters chiefs have refused to raise prices over the years to make the event more affordable by patrons.

Former Augusta National chairman Billy Payne said in 2007: "We want the experience to not only be the best but to be affordable and we take certain things very, very seriously.
"The cost of a pimento cheese sandwich is just as important as how high the second cut of grass is going to be."
