RISHI Sunak has travelled to Northern Ireland amid growing speculation a deal is about to be struck with Brussels over post-Brexit trade.
The Prime Minister arrived last night ahead of talks with political parties in the region over the controversial Protocol.
He will then travel to Germany for the Munich Security Conference this weekend where talks with EU leaders will take place in the margins.
Downing Street said discussions aimed at ensuring any solution “fixes the practical problems on the ground” and safeguards the UK’s internal market.
