Prince Harry appeared "buoyant" when he spoke at the Beyond Burnout session at life coaching firm BetterUp's recent summit, with the Duke of Sussex taking his title as Chief Impact Officer "to heart".

The Duke of Sussex is the company's CIO and spoke on a panel at the San Francisco-based event last night in the States. While speaking on the panel, the father-of-two was joined by Dr Adam Grant, BetterUp's chairman of the Center for Purpose and Performance, and Kelly Jones, tech firm Cisco's chief people officer.

Harry's session at the summit was titled Beyond Burnout: Transforming C-Level Stress Into Strength. In the Duke's session, Harry helped to examine how business leaders can best manage unique stress situations.

And now the Duke of Sussex's body language has been analysed after he attended the event and spoke on the panel. Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, renowned body language expert Judi James revealed: "‘Chief Impact Officer’ Harry clearly took his title to heart here with this display of buoyant-looking alpha body language that included a partial splay and an ear-to-ear grin.

"Harry is a man who has dug deep into his own psyche over the years and emerged with a fistful of bitterness and resentment for past slights, but here he appears to be using poses of energetic and inspirational leadership to act as a role model for the delegates at the conference."

She went on to note how Harry was sitting on a stool with his legs "splayed" and one hand resting on his hip in a partial elbow-splay. "He holds the mic up around the top with a firm clasp and his grin suggests delight at being able to spread the world on behalf of the company he is promoting," Judi noted.

She then concluded her expert analysis by saying: "Standing posing for photos that grin is still in place and with one hand pushed casually into the pocket of his jeans he places an arm around Mindy Kaling’s shoulders. Harry appears to be in his element here on this solo trip, greeting the camera with a direct eye-smile and projecting nothing by energy and enthusiasm."
