Will Smith shocked Coachella festivalgoers over the weekend, making a surprising appearance alongside rapper J Balvin.
Taking to the stage on Sunday, the I Am Legend actor performed the musician's Men in Black tune from the 1997 box office flick. Dressed in character, Will looked just like his movie character, appearing in front of crowds in a black suit and matching sunglasses.
Looking straight out the film, which starred Smith and Tommy Lee Jones as employees of a secret organisation monitoring extra-terrestrial activity, Will made sure to include some of the Hollywood hit's signature moments, including the mind-erasing device.

Will and Balvin rapped together as backup dancer aliens climbed on stage, with a giant rotating alien making up the set. Smith's wife Jada Pinkett Smith watched the entire performance from the pit, filming her husband fully embrace his character.
Nearly half of Brits admit they care too much about celebrity news, study findsRight at the end of their gig, Balvin was dragged off stage by two people in suits as Will held up the memory device to the crowd, use in the movies for members of the public who have witnessed alien activity, as well as agents wanting to retire.
Jada clearly enjoyed the show, writing on Instagram: "When J Balvin makes an unforgettable night." The whole Smith family had recently enjoyed Easter celebrations together and were attending Coachella to support their daughter Willow.
It wasn't the only surprise at the festival this weekend, Shakira had some huge news for fans during her surprise performance. During her performance, the backdrop behind her changed to say "Shakira, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour". The 47-year-old told the crowd at the Californian festival: "Finally, we are going on tour. Starting here, this November in this city, can't wait." The Hips Don't Lie star also told the festival audience "this is amazing" when she first appeared wearing a red glittery ensemble with matching red boots.
Also, Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber seemed to put their feud behind them as they reunited at the music event. Taylor was accompanied by her boyfriend Travis Kelce, while Justin was solo, with all three watching Ice Spice's performance. This comes as a shock to Swifties and Beliebers everywhere as the two are usually very far away from each other. Taylor was not a fan of Justin when he dated Selena Gomez as she saw her best friend go through a lot during and after the relationship.
One fan caught Justin enjoying Ice Spice's performance and when the rapper gave Taylor a shout out on stage and said she loved her, the fan caught Taylor with Travis just inches away from Justin. Users on X, formerly Twitter, believe the two have settled the long-lasting feud. One wrote: "JUSTIN & TAYLOR ARE HANGING OUT AT COACHELLA OMFG." Another on Reddit posted the video and wrote: "That's kinda awkward."
