Olly Murs' wife Amelia has shared with fans the heart-warming nickname she has given their newborn daughter Madison - the tot is now known as Madi.
The couple welcomed the new addition to their family just a few days ago and shared the news with their fans. Posting a snap of them leaving the maternity ward of the hospital with their daughter in a car seat, they wrote: "Our mini murs has arrived. Madison we love you so much already x." And a few days after their post, Amelia took to her own Instagram to share a picture of a healthy shake she was making. She captioned: "My first protein shake since having Madi... and wow it hit differently."
In her next post, she re-shared Olly's Instagram story where he met a fan who had asked him if Madison had been concieved in Madison Square Garden in New York. On the back of the tongue in cheek question, the former Voice mentor burst into laughter and simply replied:"I'm done."

Olly Murs has been on tour with Take That and found it hard to be away from his daughter Madison (Instagram)Soon after, Amelia posted a close-up their daughter wearing a baby grow with the words: "I love my Daddy lots and lots." Over the top of the picture, the new mum of one said: "Got my special jammies on tonight because guess who's coming home after 4 days of work." Unfortunately for the singer, he hasn't been able to spend as much quality time with his newborn daughter due to work commitments. Olly headed to Leeds to support Take That's This Life on Tour, which he said left him with a "horrible" feeling to leave his little girl behind.
Sharing a clip of Olly on stage on Friday night with the boyband, Amelia wrote: "I've just been sat feeding our baby Madi and then we see this post. She doesn't even know she's got a super Daddy yet. We are both missing you very much but so proud of you @ollymurs." And Olly shared Amelia's post with a crying emoji, clearly illustrating his heartbreak. In response, he went on to post a picture of himself hugging a bunny on stage after receiving it as a gift from a fan for his daughter. He wrote: "Aww you guys. Madi will love it."

Fans and the couple's celebrity pals were quick to post messages of congratulations. Vicky Pattison led the way and wrote: "Congratulations you guys." While a fan penned: "Awww, congratulations to you all, yous will be best parents. Welcome to the world Madison." A third commented: "Oh my god! Big congrats guys I was wrong and guessed boy. What a gorgeous name. Take care @amelia.murs hope you didn't have too much of a hard time. "
They added: "And @ollymurs will Madison be touring with you at the o2 next weekend? xx." As a show of gratitude Olly penned: "I just wanted to jump on here and say thank you so much for the lovely messages. It’s been an incredible few days and little Madison is here and we’re just over the moon and full of love."
