Anna Richardson has revealed she would love to get married as she opened up on her new relationship.
The Naked Attraction host recently swapped numbers with a contestant after a cheeky exchange during filming, but is now in a relationship with a man she met through a friend. Opening up on the new romance, she told OK!: "I have a boyfriend. It’s going well. He’s a year older than me.
"We met through a friend, not on the apps – the old-fashioned way," she continued. "It was a bit of a blind date, actually. Just go out there and say to your friends, 'Come on, who have you got for me?' It’s the best way."
Anna dated Sue Perkins for eight years until 2021 and the pair have remained good friends after going through a difficult split. Before dating the comedian, Anna was with previous partner TV director Charles Martin for 18 years. Sharing the difference in the dynamic between dating a man and dating a woman she told OK!: "So, my rule of thumb is that men are quite simple creatures.
"It’s basically a case of feed them, football, make sure they’re happy. Whereas women, we’re complex creatures and the dynamic is a lot more emotional. But they’re both so satisfying. I’m just happy to be in a good relationship." Anna admitted he "would love" to get married and is "waiting for someone to say the words".

Anna and Sue dated for eight years before splitting in 201Earlier this year, Anna invited her ex Sue onto her podcast It Can't Just Be Me to open up on their break-up. Addressing their new friendship, Anna said: "We didn't speak," as Sue responded, "Yeah, for a long time." Sue went on to say: "You have to sort of detonate parts of the familiar in order to grow new things, different ways of being, which are born out of friendship.
"And also, you have to forgive what's been, don't do history lessons. Once you get that space, the history lessons stop. What I mean by history lessons is in a row you go from talking about the thing that's upsetting you in the moment to then tracking back through all the other things in your past, that has been points of inflammation."
Meanwhile, a Naked Attraction contestant, who has appeared on the show three times, recently revealed he swapped numbers with host Anna during his first outing on the show. "On the first Naked Attraction, because I was a builder Anna said 'He looks like he'd sort your pipes out' or something," he said.
"It was quite funny, you know what Anna is like. And she said she needed her conservatory doing and we'd swap numbers after the show. She said I looked like I could give good hugs as well. We were being flirty with each other for sure," he added to the Daily Star.
